I can enjoy the works of someone whose politics are diametrically opposed to mine but I certainly don't have to support them with my name or my money. Koffler was right in removing their name from her show. They didn't call for a boycott nor withdraw their funding so what's all the fuss about? Grow up folks. Good for the Koffler Center. But critics such as you fail to include in their basket of "distasteful" acts, Hamas' use of human shields from which rockets are launched on civilians, suicide bombings, Hamas' charter that calls for the elimination of Israel and Hamas' systematic beatings and executions to any opposed to their politics. That one sided vilification of Israel is the "dark territory" I refer to. Reena Katz's issues are rather pedestrian by comparison don't you think? Would she, after all, continue to lend her name in support of a group that she suddenly discovered vilified gays and lesbians? I think not.
