They’re doing it in Boise, Idaho. Yes, the joys of juicing. Our friends over at The Jew and the Carrot will be so proud I bought my first juicer today. I haven’t started wheat grass just yet, but I did make a very tasty mixture of apples, kale, celery and carrots for my very first homemade juice. I did a little searching to see if anyone had written about juicing and Judaism, and all that really came up is an upcoming event in Idaho by the Jewish Women’s Circle on Juicing. I’m glad to see that juicing is not just a coastal phenomenon. Let us know how it goes!

There are tons of sites that talk about the joys and benefits of juicing and list different juicing recipes, so I’ll list a few for our viewing audience. It really is one of the best Valentine’s gifts I’ve ever given myself.

Enjoy!
