Gavriel,

Thank you for this interpretation of the appointed advocate for people who have "uncircumcised lips" or "short spirit."

I will be reading Ex. 14:5-8 from the upcoming BeShalach. This passage presents an opportunity for a continuation of your idea.

G-d plans for the demand for liberation to be heeded only temporarily and under the duress of plague, as Pharaoh will subsequently harden his heart, saying "What have we done? How could we have released Israel from doing our work?" It ultimately takes a miracle from G-d to defeat Pharaoh and secure liberation. Liberation thus results not only from the advocates' organization, collaboration, hard work and righteous cause, but from their savvy determination to seize a tiny window of opportunity, refusal to be discouraged by seemingly inevitable defeat, and their recognition of a special connection to G-d in that moment.
